Digit Thumbwheels

CTI Digit Thumbwheel (also known as Digital Thumbwheel) Switch Assemblies provide a simple, reliable method of entering numerical values into programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial controllers, and other electronic control systems. These industrial digit thumbwheel assemblies, often referred to as digital thumbwheel switches, combine four independent 10-position thumbwheel switches into a compact panel-mounted interface capable of selecting values from 0000 to 9999 using standard 1-2-4-8 Binary-Coded Decimal (BCD) outputs.

Designed for OEM equipment and industrial control panels, these digit thumbwheel switch assemblies feature diode-isolated outputs, dual commons per digit, quick-disconnect terminal blocks, and onboard expansion connectors that allow multiple assemblies to be cascaded or multiplexed. Their rugged construction makes them ideal for demanding industrial environments where reliable, repeatable operator input is essential.
