How it Works:

1. Add this item to your cart and check out.
   (Shipping from us to you is calculated at checkout.)

2. We’ll send a rental control pendant, along with a prepaid return label for your damaged unit.

3. After we receive and evaluate your damaged pendant, we’ll contact you with a:

• Repair cost estimate (Typically between 12% to 65% of a new unit.)

• Estimated logistics charges (for all shipping involved)

4. If you approve the repair, we’ll deduct the repair and logistics costs from your $800 deposit.

5. Once the rental unit is returned in good condition, we’ll refund the remaining balance of your deposit.

What You’ll Be Refunded:

You’ll receive a partial refund of your $800 deposit, minus:

• Actual repair cost

• All logistics/shipping costs

• Damage or replacement charges, if the rental is not returned in good condition

If you decline the repair, your refund will still be issued—minus only logistics charges.

No rental fees. Just a simple, refundable deposit to keep your operation running.
