The model 1201-RB Handy-Grip® is a rugged, industrial control handle that is built with multiple switch functions and special wiring to high quality standards. We can supply six of our long-life (100,000,000 cycles), thumb-operated pushbuttons with three finger-operated triggers. Or a combination of pushbuttons, rockers, toggles and indicator lamps can be supplied.

The Model EG-930-RB Ergo-Grip® is a small, low cost quality palm grip that was designed specifically to solve a problem one of our customers had. They wanted to reduce the operator fatigue and the potential for injury on a high volume production machine that required the operator to perform a high rate of repetitive operations. The EG-930-RB Ergo-Grip® eliminates most of the wrist action experienced with standard lever type controls. By mounting the EG-930-RB directly to the stem of the hydraulic control valve very little force is required and the operator found he had precise control of the machine.
The EG-93O-RB incorporates two of our long-life (10,000,000 Cycle) soft-touch finger-operated pushbuttons with a right or left thumb-operated trigger switch. The customer found that the low profile design of the EG-93 was very easy to operate. During machine operation the operator's hand and arm move with the natural motion of the arm thereby eliminating most of the wrist action.

Cyber-Tech, Inc. offers a line of custom and standard "In-Line Surge Protection Packs" to help shield against destructive voltage surges to insure maximum switch life and functionality of your controls. Circuitry consists of 13 protective diodes and pass-through and one power indicator all in which is protected from dust and derby by dielectric conformal coating and a high impact plastic enclosure with steel end-plates. All packs come standard with male and female D-Sub connectors which allows the convenience to be installed anywhere along the cable harness. Once installed the D-sub connectors allow for quick and easy plug and play field replacement or temporarily electoral pass-through if array maintenance is needed. The Model 1050-HD is a rugged, Heavy-Duty dual axis joystick that provides switch outputs on both axis. This industrial joystick is designed and built with heavy-duty 12 gauge steel switch mounting plates and uses a tough UHMW material for the switch actuators and spring retainer to assure long term durable operation.
The unique spring return to center assembly incorporates four compression springs mounted onto a steel wobble plate that provides positive operation with very little force. If you only require switch outputs for your joystick application the Model 1050-HD will provide you with excellent long term durability.
The Model Brut-880-RB Mini-Grip offers more switching in a small, low cost control. The Cyber-Tech, Inc. JS Series electronic joystick is a tough highly reliable operator input device designed to control mobile machine work functions. The joystick is available in a single axis spring-return-to-center and dual axis spring-return-to-center configurations. Both versions are available with a plain knob or a P-10 Ergo-Grip Series control installed. The JS Series design uses non-contact Hall sensor technology to detect and transmit handle position. Two programmable, temperature-compensated Hall sensors are mounted 90 from one another at the equator of a magnetized ball located at the base of the handle. JS Series joysticks are designed to function in control systems as a signal level device. A regulated 5Vdc supply input yields a 0.5 to 4.5Vdc signal output. The design goal of the JS Series electronic joystick is high reliability at low-cost. It is resistant to the levels of temperature, shock, vibration and EMI/RFI typically found in mobile machine operating environments. The non-contact Hall sensor technology and low part count eliminates many of the failures associated with traditional joystick technology. The JS Series design has been tested to 15 million cycles with no sign of bearing or boot wear or degradation of electrical performance.

Cyber-Tech, Inc. P-10 Series Grip is an exceptionally hi-tech, ergonomic, cost effective industrial control. The housing is made of glass filled ABS and is just as resilient as our die cast aluminum handles. The P-10 can be ordered in configurations of 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 thumb pushbuttons. The trigger can be located in the center of the grip making it usable by right or left handed operators. Many of our customers take advantage of the option of adding a second trigger on either side of the handle as well. We stock a complete line of highly flexible micro-miniature low-voltage instrument control cable. These are available as cables pairs or singles, with optional overall shield of either foil with drain or a braided shield. Conductors are stranded tinned copper with .010" wall of tough extruded polyvinyl chloride primary insulation, rated for 300 volt use at +80°C under U.L. style 1061*. All are color coded using ten standard colors plus white with stripes per MIL-STD-681. Conductors are planetary cabled and helically laid for optimum flexibility, with a barrier under braids. Shielded cables have a tinned copper braid of 90% coverage per MIL-C-7078, with braid angles below 40° for easy pushback; or have 100% coverage foil shield in intimate contact with a drain wire for easy termination.
