We stock a complete line of highly flexible micro-miniature low-voltage instrument control cable. These are available as cables pairs or singles, with optional overall shield of either foil with drain or a braided shield. Conductors are stranded tinned copper with .010" wall of tough extruded polyvinyl chloride primary insulation, rated for 300 volt use at +80°C under U.L. style 1061*. All are color coded using ten standard colors plus white with stripes per MIL-STD-681. Conductors are planetary cabled and helically laid for optimum flexibility, with a barrier under braids. Shielded cables have a tinned copper braid of 90% coverage per MIL-C-7078, with braid angles below 40° for easy pushback; or have 100% coverage foil shield in intimate contact with a drain wire for easy termination. Outer jacket is highly flexible abrasion-resistant gray polyvinyl chloride thermoplastic, meeting the requirements of U.L. style 2464. **U.L. & CSA certification furnished.
