Cyber-Tech, Inc. carries a complete stock of standard spare parts for immediate shipment when required. At Cyber-Tech, Inc. we understand the urgency to fix problems in a hurry to keep the equipment operating. In the case of an equipment breakdown, standard spare parts can be shipped overnight the same day that they are ordered.

If you have a problem getting spare parts for other suppliers control products, please call our customer service department. We have been able to find alternate spare parts to help our customers to keep their equipment operating.

Cyber-Tech, Inc. takes pride in offering fast turn around on any product returned for repair. In many cases the product can be repaired and shipped within a very short time after receiving approval from the customer.

If you have a problem getting other suppliers control products repaired, please call our customer service department. We have been able to repair many of the other suppliers' products to assist our customers in keeping their equipment operating.

Cyber-Tech, Inc. offers a variety of unique service that most other control suppliers will not offer. Any product retuned for repair will be quoted for the repair and a complete refurbishment to new condition. When a product is refurbished to new condition, the product is completely rebuilt to the latest specifications and carries a new product warranty.

In many cases the customer requires a product to handle a unique situation. Cyber-Tech, Inc. has modified our products to accommodate operator's special needs. If you have a special need we will be happy to assist you in finding a solution that meets your needs.

Cyber-Tech, Inc. offers a very unique service. For example, our original engineer was involved in the development of the Dynahandle. We have repaired and refurbished many of these, replacing the original parts of these units with current and modern technology.

Cyber-Tech, Inc. has the ability to allow our customers to market our products under "Your" name. All of our handles and joysticks can be left unmarked, which will allow you, the customer, to use your logo's and/or custom lettering. Please see our technical section for more detail.

With our twenty years of experience in the field we have assisted many equipment manufacturers and users to solve very complex control issues. Our level of engineering is from drafting to PE.

RAPID PROTO-TYPING

Over the past few years, there has been a growing demand for unique controls. Cyber-Tech, Inc. offers a rapid prototyping service to larger volume orders. In many instances, Cyber-Tech, Inc. will make these products proprietary to the customer.

As with rapid prototyping, we also offer custom circuit board designs from prototypes to production runs.
